from you already, they know your quality, your reputation, and they have some comfort level of dealing with your organization.

Antares Development offers some powerful tools to help organizations communicate with subscribers by using graphical email (HTML), which allows images to be sent in email.

These tools consists of mechanisms to manage the subscription list(s) on the organization's web site as well as sending e-mail to hundreds or thousands of subscribers.

Antares Development DOES NOT support SPAM emailing as this types of email
usage is strictly against our polices. Email sent using our broadcast mail must be
opt-in email with a valid option for all subscribers to leave the list. (See our hosting services agreement.)

How Does Email Marketing Work?

On a web site, there will be a special form to either subscribe or unsubscribe from
an organization's mailing list. By submitting this form, a special email is sent to an email account designated specifically for mailing list management. (Typically news
or newsadmin) The email in this special account is read by our client-based mass mailer and subscription processing is done.

Auto-responder email messages may be sent back to people subscribing to the mailing list; even embedded files such as documents and PDF files may be sent
back via the auto-responder.

When an organization is ready to send email, a template is designed. This template can look like a web page or it can look like a piece of your organization's stationary; the look and feel is completely up to you! When the template is complete, the message that is being sent is added to the template.

The template email is then sent to everyone on the mailing list, using a fast multi-threaded email broadcaster. In simple terms, this product can send out thousands
of messages in a very short period of time.

To design the template, it is the same process as designing a single page for a web site. We charge $95 for the single page design. Setup on your web site can be quoted as part of the construction cost or added later for $50.

Once these tasks are done, we will automatically maintain your email contact list using our broadcast software. Then when you are ready to send out a mailing, we will send it out for the low price of $14.95 per mailing. (Up to 10,000 subscribers)
