Fees for Professional Custom-Built Web Sites

Our first initial consultation with any prospective client is free of charge.

This consultation may take place over the phone, in person, or via a series of
e-mails or chat sessions. If the proposed project is simple, an estimate may be
able to be prepared from this initial consultation.

In order for Antares Development to provide an accurate estimate of construction costs, a detailed specification document must be available or prepared. If such a document has already been prepared, we can probably provide an estimate
without any further charges.

If such a document does not exist, the specification document must be prepared. This step is vitally important and ensures that both client and designer have
reached the same understand about the implementation of the proposed web site.

We can prepare this document and will bill you at our normal hourly rate. A typical specification document can usually be prepared for $150 to $450, depending on
the project's complexity.

If you decide to contract with Antares Development, the specification fees are applied to the first invoice billed for the project.

Web site maintenance and updates are billed by the hour, with a 1-hour minimum charge for a month in which the work is being completed.
